Engineered specifically for the 3.5L EcoBoost platform, the Borla 60638 delivers aggressive ATAK sound, increased exhaust flow, and Borla’s unmistakable Sound of Power without unwanted interior drone.
This premium mid-section exhaust assembly features a true dual design that maximizes exhaust efficiency and performance. Integrated into the system is a Merge X-Pipe that helps improve exhaust scavenging, increase horsepower potential, and deliver a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note.
The ATAK mufflers provide Borla’s most aggressive sound profile while maintaining excellent drivability and comfort during cruising. Designed to work seamlessly with either factory tailpipes or optional Borla tailpipe kits including 60640, 60640BC, and 60640CFBA, this system allows owners to customize both sound and appearance.
Constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel, the Borla 60638 offers exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting performance. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends maximize exhaust flow while precision CNC manufacturing ensures accurate fitment and straightforward bolt-on installation.
