Borla S-Type Mid-Section Exhaust System (60637) - 2017-2020 Ford F-150 Raptor & Limited

Designed specifically for the 3.5L EcoBoost platform, the Borla 60637 delivers aggressive S-Type sound, improved exhaust flow, and Borla’s signature drone-free driving experience.
This premium mid-section and muffler assembly features a true dual exhaust design with 2.75-inch piping flowing into the mufflers and 3-inch piping exiting the mufflers for enhanced exhaust efficiency and performance. Integrated into the system is a Merge X-Pipe that helps balance exhaust pulses, improve exhaust scavenging, unleash hidden horsepower, and create a deeper, more refined exhaust note.
The Borla S-Type mufflers deliver a sporty, aggressive tone that remains comfortable for daily driving without unwanted interior resonance. The system is compatible with factory tailpipes or optional Borla tailpipe kits including 60640, 60640BC, and 60640CFBA for customizable styling options.
Constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel, the 60637 provides exceptional corrosion resistance and long-term durability. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends maximize exhaust flow while precision CNC manufacturing ensures accurate fitment and a straightforward bolt-on installation.
For owners seeking additional sound attenuation, Borla also offers the optional 60650 front resonator.
