Engineered specifically for the unique mid-engine Corvette platform, the Borla 140840BC combines advanced exhaust technology with premium materials to maximize performance, sound quality, and durability. This 3" inlet Cat-Back system includes AFM ('20-'21) / DFM ('22-'26) valves while eliminating the factory NPP valve system.
The system utilizes Borla's patented Polyphonic Harmonizer and SwitchFire technology for improved exhaust flow and a refined performance sound. The Polyphonic Harmonizer uses carefully tuned pipe diameters and lengths to create harmonized exhaust frequencies for a rich, full-bodied tone. Borla's patented SwitchFire design removes the turbulent center intersection found in traditional X-Pipes, improving exhaust scavenging, throttle response, and overall performance.
Strategically placed heat shielding helps protect surrounding components from excessive exhaust heat while quad 4" round black chrome T-304 stainless steel tips provide an aggressive high-end appearance.
