Designed specifically for the unique mid-engine Corvette platform, the Borla 140840 combines advanced exhaust engineering with premium materials to maximize sound quality, exhaust flow, and long-term durability. This 3" inlet Cat-Back system includes AFM ('20-'21) / DFM ('22-'26) valves while eliminating the factory NPP valve system.
The Borla 140840 features patented Polyphonic Harmonizer and SwitchFire technology for superior exhaust acoustics and enhanced performance. The Polyphonic Harmonizer uses tuned pipe diameters and lengths to create harmonized exhaust frequencies for a rich, full-bodied tone. Borla's patented SwitchFire design removes the turbulent center intersection found in traditional X-Pipes, improving exhaust scavenging, throttle response, and overall exhaust tone.
Strategically placed heat shielding is included to help protect surrounding components from excessive exhaust heat. Finishing off the system are quad 4" round bright chrome T-304 stainless steel exhaust tips for a clean, aggressive appearance.
