Engineered for the unique mid-engine Corvette platform, the Borla 140838BC combines cutting-edge exhaust technology with premium construction to improve both performance and sound quality. This 3" inlet Cat-Back system includes both AFM ('20-'21) / DFM ('22-'26) valves and factory NPP dual mode exhaust valves to retain OEM exhaust functionality.
The system utilizes Borla's patented Polyphonic Harmonizer and SwitchFire technology for a truly unique exhaust note and improved exhaust scavenging. The Polyphonic Harmonizer uses specifically tuned pipe diameters and lengths to create harmonized exhaust frequencies for a rich, full-bodied tone. Borla's patented SwitchFire design eliminates the turbulent center intersection found in conventional X-Pipes, blending exhaust pulses more efficiently for enhanced sound and performance.
Strategically placed heat shielding helps protect surrounding components from excessive heat, while quad 4" round black chrome T-304 stainless steel tips provide an aggressive premium appearance.
Constructed entirely from premium T-304 stainless steel, the Borla 140838BC offers exceptional corrosion resistance, durability, and long-term performance. The system ships in two boxes and is backed by Borla's Million Mile Warranty.

Important Notes
- Fits vehicles equipped with factory NPP exhaust only
- Do not install on vehicles without OEM NPP valves
- Valve actuator recalibration is required after installation
- Borla recommends recalibration be performed by a Chevrolet dealer per GM Document ID 5406413
- Do not use Borla Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499 on black chrome tips
- Clean black chrome tips using hot water and a microfiber cloth
