The Borla S-Type II Axle-Back Exhaust for the 2006-2013 C6 Corvette Z06 and ZR1 delivers a refined, aggressive tone engineered specifically to reduce the resonance and drone commonly associated with the LS7 and LS9 platforms. This system fits vehicles with or without factory NPP, but the Borla assembly does NOT include NPP valves. Designed exclusively for manual-transmission models, this system provides a balanced, performance-focused sound ideal for both street and track use.
This 3" inlet to dual 2" outlet S-Type II system uses advanced muffler technology to eliminate problematic frequencies while maintaining the signature Borla growl. Each muffler features dual 4.25" polished T-304 stainless steel intercooled rolled angle-cut tips for a bold, motorsport-inspired appearance. The S-Type II sound level is specifically tuned for the high-output LS7 and LS9 engines, offering a deeper, smoother tone than ATAK while still delivering an aggressive character.
Constructed from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel, this system offers superior durability and corrosion resistance compared to lower-grade materials. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends maximize flow and performance, while precision CNC manufacturing ensures a perfect fit on all compatible C6 Z06 and ZR1 models.
