Factory stock bushings are designed from soft rubber that absorbs NVH, but under cornering and braking loads, they flex and provide inconsistent handling characteristics. When performance is a must, BMR’s BK071 kit eliminates front lower control arm bushing deflection to deliver razor-sharp steering and improved stability.
Designed for street performance, drag racing, and handling applications, BMR’s BK071 kit replaces the factory front lower control arm bushings with heavy-duty 0.75-inch spherical bearings housed in precision-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum bearing cups. This solid connection eliminates front lower control arm deflection, decreasing front alignment changes during normal and aggressive driving. Finished in a durable black anodized finish, installation takes approximately 3–4 hours. Note: BK071 is not compatible with the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1.
