Factory OE rubber bushings are manufactured with large air pockets to absorb noise and vibration, but under hard acceleration, drag racing, or handling conditions, they allow the differential to shift and twist excessively. This unwanted deflection causes severe wheel hop, loss of traction, and sluggish throttle response.
Designed for street performance, drag racing, and handling applications, BMR’s BK060 lockout kit utilizes precision CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum inserts that fit into the factory rubber bushings. This non-permanent modification restricts differential movement and pinion rise without replacing the entire OE bushing, keeping NVH increases to a minimum while dramatically improving chassis feedback and power transfer. Finished in a durable black anodized finish with all necessary hardware included, installation takes approximately 1 hour.
