BMR Lower Control Arm Spherical Bearing Kit - Black (BK055) - 2015-2026 Ford Mustang
Minimize wheel hop and enhance the rear stability of your 2015-2026 Ford Mustang by eliminating rear lower control arm bushing deflection with a set of Lower Control Arm Spherical Bearings from BMR Suspension. Stock OE rubber bushings are great for absorbing NVH, but they feature large voids and soft material that produce excessive lower control arm movement during normal and aggressive driving. This unwanted deflection causes severe wheel hop, loss of traction, and sluggish handling response.
Designed for street performance, drag racing, and handling applications, BMR’s BK055 kit replaces the factory rubber bushings with heavy-duty 1-inch spherical bearings housed in precision-machined bearing cups and secured with heavy-duty snap rings. Completed with CNC-machined billet aluminum spacers, this industry-leading setup eliminates lower control arm deflection to transfer power directly instead of absorbing it. Finished in a durable black finish, installation takes approximately 2–3 hours (bushing removal/installation tool BRT001 is also available and highly recommended).
