BMR Anti-Wheel Hop Package (AWP003H) - 05-14 Mustang / 07-14 Shelby GT500
Launching harder, reducing wheel hop, and adding cornering consistency to your 2005-2014 S197 Mustang is easy with a complete Anti-Wheel Hop Package from BMR Suspension. Stock stamped-steel control arms with soft rubber bushings deflect heavily under load and absorb valuable power instead of transferring it to the tires. BMR combines heavy-duty, TIG-welded 1x2-inch boxed steel tubular control arms with robust control arm relocation brackets (CAB005) to eliminate flex, correct rear suspension geometry, and significantly boost traction.
Equipped with greasable, internally fluted 95-durometer polyurethane bushings, the control arms provide a solid, responsive feel while absorbing road harshness to maintain acceptable NVH levels. The relocation brackets allow you to lower the rear control arm mounting position by up to 3 inches across three distinct height settings, correcting lower control arm angles on lowered vehicles and increasing anti-squat for extreme drag strip launches. Designed for street performance, drag racing, and handling applications, this package installs in about 2–3 hours with a durable black hammertone powdercoat finish.
