Machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, this tensioner is built to outperform the factory unit. Featuring custom springs, hardened steel shafts, and precision bearings, it provides smooth operation and long-term durability. With 60 lbs of spring tension, it delivers approximately 20 percent more tension than OEM, helping reduce or eliminate belt slip in high horsepower applications.

Customizable Pulley Options

Optional Upgrade
An optional extension arm with a 60mm idler pulley is available for use with 2650 supercharger setups. This upgrade increases belt wrap on the supercharger pulley, improving traction and helping maintain boost at higher RPM.
