Take belt control to the next level on your high-horsepower HEMI with the American Racing Solutions HEMI Race Billet Belt Tensioner. Designed specifically for high-output supercharged 5.7L and 6.4L HEMI combinations, the ARS 6500 is recommended for track-focused vehicles and extreme street builds producing 1,000+ RWHP.
Precision CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum, this tensioner provides the strength and rigidity needed to withstand demanding supercharger belt loads. The Race version uses a custom-wound 50 lb. spring to provide increased belt tension and further reduce belt slip under high boost, aggressive acceleration, and elevated RPM.
A hardened steel shaft and heavy-duty bearings provide additional durability for demanding performance applications, while the anodized billet housing helps resist corrosion and reduce belt wear. Multiple pulley configurations are available, including 70mm and 63mm 8-rib smooth pulleys with your choice of steel or ceramic bearings. A tensioner-only configuration is also available for applications already equipped with the appropriate pulley.
