Precision CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the ARS 6335 delivers excellent strength, durability, and machining accuracy compared to typical cast components. A custom-wound high-tension racing spring works with a hardened steel shaft and heavy-duty bearings to maintain more consistent belt tension under load, helping reduce unwanted belt slip and support more stable supercharger performance.
The standard configuration includes a 72mm 10-rib double-bearing grooved pulley with steel bearings, while ceramic bearings are available as an upgrade. For enthusiasts who want a matched upper idler solution as well, ARS also offers a complete set that combines this tensioner and grooved pulley with a 72mm 10-rib double-bearing smooth upper idler pulley.
