Pro 5R High-Flow Performance Air Filter
The included Pro 5R air filter features a 360-degree radial flow design with five layers of progressively finer, pre-oiled cotton gauze media. Engineered for maximum airflow and performance, the Pro 5R media typically delivers the highest power gains among aFe's filter media options, making it ideal for street and track applications.
The filter's inverted top increases available filtration surface area, helping extend service intervals. Unlike disposable filters, the Pro 5R filter is washable and reusable for long-term performance.
Open-Element XLPE Housing
A large open-element housing constructed from cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) surrounds the air filter while helping minimize exposure to warm engine air. The open design showcases the filter, provides convenient access for maintenance, and produces an aggressive intake sound during acceleration.
The housing incorporates the factory air inlet scoop without requiring additional mounting hardware.
Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube
