Increase engine airflow and improve throttle response with the aFe POWER 95mm Throttle Body and Adapter Kit. Designed for select Cadillac, Chevrolet, and GMC 6.2L V8 applications, this upgrade increases throttle body diameter from the factory 87mm to 95mm, allowing more air to enter the engine for improved performance.
The kit combines a 95mm throttle body with a precision-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum adapter featuring a serrated/swirl design. Plug-and-play electronics, factory mounting compatibility, and no required ECU tuning make this a straightforward performance upgrade. Performance benefits may become more noticeable as additional engine modifications are installed.
Larger 95mm Bore for Increased Airflow
The aFe POWER throttle body features a 95mm bore diameter compared to the factory 87mm throttle body. This larger opening improves airflow into the engine, helping increase horsepower and throttle response.
Additional performance upgrades can further increase the benefits of the larger throttle body by allowing the engine to take advantage of the additional airflow.
6061-T6 Billet Aluminum Adapter
The included adapter is precision-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for lightweight construction, strength, and accurate fitment. Its serrated/swirl combination design is engineered to create intake turbulence that helps improve fuel-air mixing and promote a more complete combustion cycle.
This design is intended to support improvements in horsepower, torque, and throttle response.
Plug-and-Play Electronics - No Tuning Required
