Watson Racing Road Race Rear Bumper w/Tow Hook Mount (2015-2023 Mustang)

Watson Racing S550 Mustang Lightweight Road Race Rear Bumper with optional Tow Hook.. This part is not a frilly showpiece for the race cars you see at car shows. We used our years of race car bumper manufacturing experience to engineer this seriously strong bumper. It is capable of withstanding the abuse of your car being pulled out of the sand traps or wet grass on the track. Tow truck drivers with finesse simply do not exist!

 

Lightweight Chromoly tubing and heavy 1/4-inch thick tow hook plate make this a weight saver and a rock solid tow hook mount. Designed to be used with Ford Racing’s Tow Loop Kit (NOT INCLUDED), p/n M-17954-A, see options menu.

 

Tow hook exits rear fascia through license plate area and can be disguised by a license plate for you weekend warriors. The Watson Road Race Bumper weighs in at only 9.5 lbs, versus the stock steel crash beam’s weight of 16 lbs. Includes all templates and hardware for installation. The stock bumper is bolted to the car with two bolts per side- not nearly as strong as needed. We added FOUR additional bolts per side, connecting the bumper directly to the frame rail (some drilling necessary).
