The Whipple W185RF Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger No Flash Tool Kit is the ultimate bolt-on power upgrade for 2018–2023 Dodge Charger, Challenger, and Chrysler 300 5.7L HEMI platforms. Built around Whipple’s championship-proven Gen 6 twin-screw architecture, this system delivers massive torque, instant throttle response, and repeatable horsepower—without requiring internal engine modifications.
This configuration is a No Flash Tool (NFT) kit, intended for customers using their own tuning solution or custom calibration path. It includes Whipple’s complete, engineered hardware package and industry-leading cooling system.
Gen 6 Twin-Screw Performance
The 3.0L Gen 6 twin-screw supercharger moves more air at lower rotor speeds than smaller displacement units, resulting in cooler charge temperatures and higher efficiency per pound of boost. A front-entry 112mm Crusher™ inlet supports oversized throttle bodies and future power growth while delivering immediate boost response.

Advanced Intercooling & Cooling Capacity
To control intake air temperatures, this system utilizes Whipple’s patented dual-core, dual-pass air-to-water intercooler design. Intake air is routed through two massive aluminum bar-plate intercooler cores twice, dramatically increasing heat rejection and consistency during aggressive driving.
An oversized heat exchanger and high-flow intercooler pump provide rapid recovery between pulls and sustained performance under load.
