Designed specifically for the new Ranger and Ranger Raptor platforms, this premium catch can kit features UPR’s exclusive Plug N Play™ quick-release fittings for fast installation, easy servicing, and true factory-style fitment.
Built around UPR’s patented multi-stage oil separation technology, this system captures oil vapor and contaminants before they enter the intake tract. The advanced diffuser chamber and 4-stage internal design maximize oil separation efficiency while helping maintain engine performance, throttle response, and long-term reliability.
Unlike lower-quality universal systems that use rubber hose and plastic fittings, UPR uses premium Continental braided hose, CNC-machined billet aluminum fittings, and high-quality 6061 billet aluminum construction throughout the kit. The modular design allows the catch can to be fully disassembled and serviced in seconds.
The included Plug N Play™ quick-release fittings make draining the can simple without disconnecting hoses or removing engine components. This system installs in approximately 10 minutes and can easily be removed to return the vehicle back to stock if needed.
