UMI Performance 3/4" Extended Length Leaf Spring Pin Kit (6577) - 2015-2027 Ford F-150
Properly locate and center the rear leaf springs when installing lowering components or pinion angle shims on your 2015-2027 Ford F-150 with the UMI Performance Extended Length Leaf Spring Pin Kit. The 6577 kit includes four custom 4140 chromoly locating pins designed with additional pin length for applications where the factory leaf spring pins are too short.
Adding lowering components or pinion angle shims can increase the amount of material between the leaf spring and mounting components, leaving insufficient engagement with the factory locating pins. UMI's extended-length design provides the additional pin length needed to positively locate the leaf spring and keep the rear suspension components properly centered.

The UMI 6577 Leaf Spring Pin Kit is specifically designed for modified rear suspension configurations using lowering systems or pinion angle shims. The extended-length head provides additional engagement where the original Ford locating pins may not provide sufficient length after additional suspension components are installed.

The UMI 6577 locating pins feature a 3/4-inch pin diameter with a 0.850-inch pin length. Each pin measures 4.25 inches in total length and uses a 1/2"-20 thread.
Grade 8 Hardware Included
The kit includes Grade 8 hardware to complement the heavy-duty 4140 chromoly locating pins, providing the necessary hardware for installation as part of the modified leaf spring assembly.
Black Zinc Protective Coating
