Ultra-Low 4? Drop Billet Spindles with Extended Steering Arms for Serious Drag Mustang Builds
For maximum stance and improved steering geometry on extreme drag builds, the TRZ Motorsports 4? Drop Billet Spindles with Extended-Length Steering Arms provide the perfect solution. Designed for 1979 - 2004 Ford Mustangs, these spindles drop the front end a full 4 inches while maintaining proper rack alignment - especially when the steering rack is relocated 2? or more forward.
Each spindle is CNC-machined in-house from billet aluminum and equipped with heat-treated stainless steel spindle pins (or optional titanium pins for nearly 1 lb of weight savings). TRZ's exclusive 3-piece assembly eliminates welds or seams, providing maximum strength at the lightest possible weight - just 4 lbs per spindle.
The extended steering arms are lengthened by 1.5 inches compared to factory-length versions, improving tie-rod alignment on builds with aggressive rack placement. These spindles fit both spindle-mount and hub-style drag brake setups from Strange and TBM, plus select Baer SS4 Deep Stage kits.
Because of the extreme drop, a minimum 17? front wheel is required for brake and spindle clearance.
