The TRZ Motorsports Bump Steer Kit is designed to correct steering geometry on 1967 - 1969 Camaro, 1967 - 1969 Firebird, and 1968 - 1974 Nova models that have been converted to rack-and-pinion steering. Whether your car is lowered or running an aggressive drag/handling setup, this kit eliminates the steering inconsistencies caused by bump steer, delivering smoother, more predictable control.
This system is built for use with factory spindles or aftermarket non-TRZ spindles. TRZ spindles use different steering arms and require a different kit - this version is strictly for factory-style spindle geometry. Installation requires drilling the tapered steering arm or spindle hole to 1/2? to accept the straight Grade 8 hardware. Included in the kit are chrome-moly rod ends, 6061 aluminum spacers, and all necessary Grade 8 components. Compatible with both Standard and Narrowed Pinto rack-and-pinion units (1/2-20 thread).
