Important Fuel Gauge & Operation Notes

  • Distance to Empty (DTE) cannot be recalibrated and will display approximately half of actual remaining range.
  • Fuel gauge operates normally but may remain on “Full” until 4–5 gallons are used.
  • In some cases, the gauge may temporarily drop to empty until engine restart.
  • Greater fuel reserve remains when low fuel indicator activates due to larger tank footprint.
  • High-flow truck stop nozzles may not auto-fill properly.
  • Use with auxiliary fuel tanks voids Lifetime Warranty.
