PPE's Lower Coolant Hose Kit is a direct bolt-on upgrade for 2003-2010 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins engine. This silicone hose assembly replaces the factory lower coolant hose, offering improved durability and heat resistance for long-term reliability.
Reinforced Silicone Construction
Each hose is built from 5 mm-thick, 4-ply reinforced silicone, engineered to handle the elevated temperatures and pressures found in the cooling system. The multi-layer design helps prevent swelling, cracking, and premature failure - common issues with aging OEM rubber hoses.
Direct Fit With No Modifications
This kit installs using the factory routing and requires no trimming or cutting. It is a straightforward replacement for the OEM hose (Chrysler P/N 55056945AE, also cross-referenced with Mopar 52028873AC).
