The PPE Heavy-Duty Cast Aluminum Engine Oil Pan in a durable black powder-coated finish is a direct-fit upgrade for the 2018-2025 Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT equipped with the 3.6L Pentastar engine. Built from A356.0-T6 heat-treated aluminum, this pan improves cooling, increases rigidity, and adds a slight increase in oil capacity compared to the factory stamped-steel design.
Deep exterior fins, reinforced gussets, and a precision-machined sealing surface help stabilize oil temperatures, enhance durability, and maintain consistent lubrication - ideal for daily driving, trail use, or overlanding.

The factory stamped-steel pan is prone to denting, heat retention, and leaves behind contaminated oil during changes. PPE's cast aluminum design improves cooling, increases durability, and promotes complete oil drainage. The upgraded magnetic drain plug captures harmful metal particles that the OEM plug cannot.
