Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, this kit replaces the factory rubber hoses and plastic “T” fittings with stronger, longer-lasting components built to handle demanding conditions.
Durable Silicone Construction
Each hose is made from 5 mm thick premium silicone, offering nearly twice the wall thickness of OEM hoses. Inside, 4-ply heat-resistant reinforcement fibers help the hoses maintain shape and integrity under high coolant pressure and elevated temperatures - ideal for both stock and modified 6.6L Duramax applications.
Upgraded Stainless Steel “T” Couplings
Factory coolant hose “T” fittings are molded rubber or plastic and are known to crack at the junctions over time. PPE eliminates this weak point by using TIG-welded, polished 304 stainless steel “T” couplings that deliver exceptional strength and leak-free performance.
Direct Bolt-On Installation
This kit installs just like the factory components - no cutting or modifications required. PPE includes stainless steel clamps to ensure a tight, secure seal that outperforms standard OEM hardware.
