Refresh and strengthen your Duramax cooling system with the PPE Power Blue Silicone Upper and Lower Coolant Hose Kit. This direct bolt-on upgrade replaces the factory rubber hoses and plastic “T” fittings with high-quality silicone and stainless components designed for long-term durability and improved coolant flow stability.
Heavy-Duty Silicone Construction
Each hose is manufactured from 5 mm thick premium silicone, offering roughly double the wall thickness of OEM hoses. Inside, 4-ply heat-resistant reinforcement fibers help the hoses maintain their shape and integrity under high pressure and elevated coolant temperatures - ideal for both stock and modified 6.6L Duramax trucks.
Upgraded Stainless Steel “T” Couplings
Factory coolant hose “T” fittings are known to crack or split over time due to their molded rubber or plastic construction. PPE eliminates this weak point by using TIG-welded, polished 304 stainless steel “T” couplings that deliver exceptional strength and leak-free performance. The quick-connect/disconnect end (LBZ, LMM, LML) is built from billet aluminum and 304 stainless steel for a precise, secure fit.
