Upgrade the factory coolant hoses on your 2006-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax with the PPE Power Black Silicone Upper and Lower Coolant Hose Kit. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, this kit improves durability, pressure resistance, and long-term reliability compared to the stock molded rubber and plastic components.
Stronger, Thicker Silicone Construction
Each hose is built from 5 mm thick performance silicone, which is approximately twice as thick as typical factory hoses. Inside, 4-ply heat-resistant reinforcement fibers help the hoses withstand high coolant pressures and elevated under-hood temperatures, making them ideal for both stock and heavily modified Duramax trucks.
Upgraded “T” Couplings and Quick-Connect Ends
Factory coolant hose “T” fittings are often molded rubber or plastic and can crack at the junctions, leading to coolant loss and potential overheating. PPE replaces these weak points with TIG-welded, polished 304 stainless steel “T” couplings that virtually eliminate failure at the junctions. The quick-connect/disconnect end (LBZ, LMM, LML) is constructed from a combination of billet aluminum and 304 stainless steel for a precise, leak-resistant connection.
Direct-Fit, No-Cut Installation
