By increasing core size and optimizing coolant flow, this upgraded exchanger helps maintain lower intake air temperatures during demanding conditions such as towing, high-load driving, or extreme heat.
20% Larger Core for Better Cooling
PPE increases the core size by 20% over stock, adding more surface area and additional coolant volume - about one extra quart - to improve heat transfer and reduce the likelihood of heat saturation. This helps the intercooler maintain consistent performance even during extended high-load operation.
