Overview
PPE's Coolant Overflow Tank is a high-quality replacement for the factory plastic reservoir found on 2007.5-2010 GM 1500, 2500, and 3500 trucks. Built from durable aluminum and designed to improve cooling efficiency, this tank offers a stronger, longer-lasting solution for both gas and diesel applications.
Premium Aluminum Construction
Each tank is crafted from hand-cut, TIG-welded 6061 aluminum, providing excellent resistance to heat and pressure. The upgraded billet fill neck with integrated overflow adds strength and reliability compared to the OEM plastic design.
Direct Bolt-On Installation
This tank mounts directly to the factory bolt locations and fits in the space normally occupied by the second battery and OEM overflow bottle. Installation is simple, with no cutting or fabrication required.
High-Quality Cap Included
PPE includes a Stant Lev-R-Vent 16 psi cap, ensuring proper system pressure and reliable performance under demanding conditions.
