Overview
PPE's Passenger-Side Replacement Up-Pipe is engineered as a direct-fit upgrade for 2001-2004 Federal-emissions GM 6.6L Duramax engines. Designed to replace the restrictive factory up-pipe, this unit improves exhaust flow, reduces back-pressure, and helps restore turbocharger efficiency.
High-Flow Stainless Steel Construction
Built from 11-gauge 304 stainless steel with a .120-inch wall thickness and a 2-inch outer diameter, this up-pipe delivers strength and durability far beyond the OEM part. The internally sleeved stainless steel bellow provides smooth, unrestricted exhaust movement and is designed to handle extreme heat and pressure.
Improved Turbo Response & Lower EGTs
Compared to the stock design, PPE's up-pipe offers up to 53% more exhaust flow. This increase helps the turbo spool faster, reduces pumping losses, and lowers exhaust gas temperatures for improved overall performance.
Direct Bolt-On Replacement
This up-pipe installs directly onto the factory exhaust manifolds with no modifications required. It also serves as the replacement passenger-side up-pipe used in PPE's High-Flow Up-Pipe Kit (SKU 116120000).
