Designed as a high-strength upgrade over the factory components, this manifold set enhances flow characteristics while maintaining full compatibility with LLY, LBZ, and LMM engine configurations.
High-Strength A356.0-T6 Aluminum Construction
Each manifold is cast from A356.0-T6 heat-treated aluminum alloy, known for its excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and thermal stability. PPE uses precision permanent-mold casting to ensure consistent quality and long-term durability.
Improved Flow & Increased Strength
The redesigned inlets are 32% larger for improved airflow on LLY applications, while the 50% thicker wall design increases rigidity and heat resistance. This combination helps optimize performance and reliability under demanding conditions.
Engine-Specific Compatibility
The kit retains all factory mounting locations, including brackets for fuel rails, EGR components, and fuel lines. A built-in MAP sensor port supports LLY engines, and PPE includes a dummy plug for LBZ/LMM models where the MAP sensor is located elsewhere.
Complete Installation Kit
PPE includes all required hardware and gaskets, along with CNC-machined gasket grooves to ensure a precise, leak-free seal.

For LLY engines, PPE recommends pairing this kit with the PPE Intake Bridge Manifold (SKU 115053400) for proper port matching and maximum airflow. LBZ/LMM owners can optionally upgrade to the PPE Intake Bridge Manifold & Tube Kit (SKU 115053600) for improved distribution and performance.
