Overview
Increase airflow and sharpen throttle response on your 2020-2025 GM 6.6L Duramax L5P with PPE's Hot and Cold Side Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit. Designed to replace the restrictive factory piping, this upgraded system improves turbo efficiency and delivers smoother, more consistent performance. The polished 304 stainless steel finish adds a clean, high-end look under the hood.
High-Flow 304 Stainless Steel Tubing
PPE replaces the OEM 2.5-inch hot pipe and 3.0-inch cold pipe with a 3.0-inch hot side and 3.5-inch cold side for significantly improved airflow. Each pipe is built from mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel for excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability.
Seamless Hot-Side Design
The high-pressure hot side pipe is engineered as a single, seamless piece to reduce pressure drop and maintain uninterrupted airflow during heavy load, towing, and acceleration.
Premium Silicone Couplers & Hardware
The kit includes heat-resistant and weather-resistant silicone couplers designed to handle high boost pressures. PPE also supplies constant-tension spring clamps to ensure a secure, leak-free seal as temperatures and pressures fluctuate.
Billet Quick-Connect Fittings
Two billet aluminum quick-connects are included - one for the intercooler and one for the throttle body. Each connector features a Viton O-ring and a steel retainer clip for a reliable, long-lasting seal.
