Upgrade airflow and throttle response on your 2020-2025 GM 6.6L Duramax L5P with PPE's Hot and Cold Side Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit. Designed to replace the restrictive factory piping, this kit increases flow, improves turbo efficiency, and delivers a noticeable improvement in overall drivability. The brushed 304 stainless steel finish adds durability and a clean, performance-minded look.
High-Flow 304 Stainless Steel Tubing
PPE replaces the OEM 2.5-inch hot pipe and 3.0-inch cold pipe with a 3.0-inch hot side and 3.5-inch cold side for significantly improved airflow. Each pipe is constructed from mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel for excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability.
Seamless Hot-Side Design
The high-pressure hot side pipe is engineered as a single, uninterrupted piece to reduce pressure drop and maintain consistent airflow under load.
Premium Couplers & Hardware
The kit includes heat-resistant, weather-resistant silicone couplers designed to handle high boost pressures. PPE also supplies constant-tension spring clamps to maintain a secure seal during temperature and pressure changes.
Billet Quick-Connect Fittings
Two billet aluminum quick-connects are included - one for the intercooler and one for the throttle body. Each connector features a Viton O-ring and a steel retainer clip for a reliable, leak-free fit.
