PPE Hot-Side Intercooler Charge Pipe - Black (2004-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax) - 115022020
Overview
Replace the restrictive factory hot-side charge pipe on your 2004-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax with PPE's High-Flow Intercooler Charge Pipe in a durable black finish. The upgraded 3.0-inch design replaces the smaller 2.5-inch OEM pipe, improving airflow, cooling efficiency, and overall engine performance - ideal for towing, daily use, or performance builds.
High-Flow 3.0-Inch Design
The larger diameter pipe reduces restriction and allows the intercooler system to move air more efficiently. This results in smoother turbo response and improved charge-air cooling under load.
Premium PPE Silicone Couplers
The kit includes PPE's high-quality silicone couplers reinforced with 5-ply Nomex fibers. These couplers resist fuel, oil, chemicals, UV exposure, and ozone - making them ideal for heavy-duty use and elevated boost levels.
Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Clamps
To ensure a secure, leak-free seal, PPE includes 3/4-inch wide 304 stainless steel band clamps. These clamps maintain consistent tension and are built to withstand harsh under-hood conditions.
