The PPE Heavy-Duty Cast Aluminum Engine Oil Pan is a premium upgrade for 2020-2026 GM 3.0L Duramax engines. Constructed from A356.0-T6 heat-treated aluminum, this deep pan offers improved cooling, increased strength, and a full 2-quart boost in oil capacity compared to the factory steel pan.
Designed with a flat, angled bottom and a lower drain plug position, this PPE pan ensures complete oil evacuation - eliminating the half-quart of dirty oil that remains trapped in the OEM pan. Enhanced cooling channels, reinforced gussets, and a magnetic drain plug all contribute to better engine protection and longer oil life.

Engineered for Complete Oil Drainage
The factory GM pan positions the drain plug above the lowest point, leaving behind contaminated oil and sludge. PPE solves this with a redesigned bottom profile and a drain plug located below the pan floor, ensuring every oil change starts with a clean sump.

Machined exterior grooves and increased surface area help stabilize oil temperatures under load. The included billet stainless steel magnetic drain plug captures ferrous debris before it can circulate through the engine, offering protection the OEM plug cannot match.
