The PPE Heavy-Duty Cast Aluminum Engine Oil Pan in a natural raw aluminum finish is a major upgrade for 2020-2026 GM 6.6L Duramax engines. Built from A356.0-T6 heat-treated aluminum, this deep pan boosts oil capacity by 2 quarts, improves cooling efficiency, and provides superior durability compared to the factory stamped-steel pan.
A redesigned flat-bottom profile ensures complete oil drainage, eliminating the half-quart of contaminated oil that remains trapped in the OEM pan. Reinforced ribs, cooling channels, and a high-strength magnetic drain plug all contribute to better engine protection and longer service intervals.
