Built for high-performance Coyote swap builds, the Kooks 1-7/8-inch Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers are engineered specifically for Fox Body and SN95 Mustangs running a 5.0L 4V Coyote with a manual transmission. These headers are designed to deliver maximum exhaust flow, proper clearance, and proven fitment for serious street and track applications.

Manufactured from premium 16-gauge T304 stainless steel, these long tube headers feature large 1-7/8-inch mandrel-bent primaries feeding into 3-inch collectors for excellent scavenging and power potential. Designed around OEM-style manual transmission bellhousings and specific chassis components, this setup requires select supporting parts to ensure proper installation and drivetrain alignment.

Required components: Maximum Motorsports K-member (MMKM-2.1), standard 4.6L motor mounts (PN: 6-504-BL), 1997–2000 Mustang 4.6L starter (Ford PN SA848RM or equivalent).
OEM transmission crossmember mounts must be removed. Recommended use of Stifflers transmission crossmember.
Not compatible with 2015+ Coyote engines equipped with Charge Motion Control Valves or OEM rubber rag joint steering shafts.
