Hellion Hellraiser Twin Turbo System – 1999–2004 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L
The Hellion Hellraiser Twin Turbo System for the 1999–2004 Ford Mustang GT is one of the most versatile and powerful forced-induction solutions ever developed for the New Edge platform. Designed to deliver unmatched flexibility, massive horsepower potential, and exceptional low-end torque, this system redefines what is possible for the 4.6L modular engine.
What truly sets the Hellraiser system apart is its unique ability to operate either as a traditional twin turbo setup or as a full compound-boost system. When paired with a Roots-style supercharger, the Hellraiser becomes the first aftermarket compound-boost solution ever offered for the Mustang. This configuration allows the turbos to feed pressurized air into the supercharger, creating higher total boost, stronger midrange torque, and greater average power across the RPM range.
Unlike supercharger-only setups that suffer from parasitic loss, the Hellraiser uses exhaust energy to generate boost efficiently. The result is a system capable of producing more power, more torque, and more usable performance than any single power-adder configuration available for the New Edge Mustang GT.
At the heart of the system are twin Precision 61mm cast-wheel journal bearing turbochargers, chosen for their balance of fast spool and high horsepower capability. With proper fueling, tuning, and engine upgrades, this system supports everything from aggressive street builds to extreme race applications while maintaining excellent drivability.
Hellion’s American-made stainless steel hot-side and cold-side piping ensures long-term durability, precise fitment, and reliable performance under high boost conditions. Every component is engineered to integrate cleanly into the Mustang chassis while providing ample room for future upgrades.
This is a true tuner system and does not include fuel system components or engine management calibration, giving builders the freedom to tailor the setup to their exact power goals. Whether your vision includes turbo-only operation or full compound boost, the Hellraiser Twin Turbo System delivers unmatched flexibility and performance potential.
