Fore Innovations & Honeywell Pressure Switch (H-77030) - Secondary Pump Trigger
The Fore Innovations & Honeywell H-77030 Pressure Switch is the clean, reliable way to bring secondary fuel pumps online under boost. Built on an aerospace-grade Honeywell trigger design, this switch activates at roughly 4–5 psi, ensuring your staged fuel system adds pump capacity exactly when engine demand ramps up. It’s a proven solution for boosted street cars, race builds, and any setup where consistency under load matters.
Inside, gold-plated contacts and a Kapton diaphragm deliver long-term durability and repeatable performance even in harsh engine-bay environments. The 1/8" NPT male interface works directly with Fore push-on boost/vacuum hose fittings, keeping installation simple and leak-free. Optional sealed Aptiv (Delphi) Metri-Pack 280 wiring and anodized barb fittings let you tailor the setup to your harness and hose size, making this switch an easy fit for both new builds and upgrades.

Installation & Use Notes
- Professional installation recommended
- Must be used with a relay or load-handling device (such as FC3)
- Mount away from engine vibration; do not mount directly on engine or intake/tubing
- Primary pump runs during prime/start—confirm fuel line is fully primed
- Ensure primary pump can supply beyond 5 psi boost to avoid lean conditions
- Use a vacuum switch instead if secondary pumps must activate earlier
Fitment
- Universal for staged/secondary in-tank or external pump systems
- Ideal for Fore Innovations fuel systems and FC3-controlled setups
