Fore Innovations SN95 Dual Pump Module / Return (55-800) - 1979-2004 Mustang
The Fore Innovations SN95 Dual Pump Module is a high-capacity fuel pump module capable of supporting 1,200+ RWHP with OEM-level reliability. Designed with a broad range of fuel pump compatibility, the module can be used in either return or returnless fuel system installations and supports gasoline, E85, and race fuel depending on the selected fuel pumps.
The module accepts compatible OEM fuel level senders and eliminates the restrictive factory PPRV for improved fuel delivery and consistent output. Viton O-ring pump seals eliminate in-tank fuel hose connections, while Fore's polymer pump support helps prevent pump body electrolysis and minimizes fuel pump noise.

Fuel Level Sender & Tank Requirements
The module accepts the 1999-2004 Mustang GT/V6 and 2003-2004 Cobra fuel level senders. Fore also lists compatibility with the appropriate 1999-2004 GT, Cobra, and Mach 1 OEM level sender configurations.
An original 2003-2004 Mustang Cobra fuel tank gasket is required and can be reused. Fore recommends the 2003-2004 Cobra fuel tank for applications that require a tank conversion.

Fitment Notes: 2003-2004 Cobra applications are direct bolt-in. The module is also direct bolt-in for 2003-2004 Mach 1, 1999-2004 Mustang GT/V6, and 1999-2001 Cobra applications, with Fore recommending a 2003-2004 Cobra fuel tank. 1979-1998 Mustang applications require a compatible later-model fuel tank and fuel level sender, with the 2003-2004 Cobra fuel tank recommended.

Electrical Options
- None: Base module configuration with approximately 6"""" of fuel pump power wire extending from the hermetic seal.
- FC2 Controller with 6-Gauge Wiring: Operates both pumps simultaneously using factory control. Best for two smaller street-duty pumps or two large pumps in track applications where increased fuel heat is less of a concern. Can control secondary pumps on a triple-pump module when a small primary pump is powered by the OEM harness. Includes 14' of 6 AWG power wire, 100-amp fuse, 3' ground wire, 7' 12 AWG pump leads, and sealed Delphi connector.
- FC3 Staged Controller with 4-Gauge Wiring: Independently controls the secondary pump(s) from the primary pump using factory control plus a secondary trigger. Recommended for two or three large pumps in street applications to help minimize fuel heat. Includes 14' of 4 AWG power wire, 100-amp fuse, 3' ground wire, 7' 12 AWG pump leads, and sealed Delphi connector.
- Delphi Connector / Pigtail Only: Includes a sealed Delphi connector and 7' of 12 AWG pump leads. Installer is responsible for supplying and properly configuring the required fuses and relays.
Additional System Options
- Honeywell Pressure Switch for FC3: 1/8"""" NPT male pressure switch designed for installation in the intake manifold. Must receive both boost and vacuum signals.

Due to the highly technical nature of our products, we recommend only experienced and competent individuals and shops install our products and systems.
We cannot accept returns on injectors or pumps that have been in contact with fuel.
Fore Innovations, LLC does not warranty any product that have been damaged or rendered defective as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse. Additionally, Fore Innovations is not responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages or costs incurred due to the installation, use, or misuse of our products.
We will gladly refund any parts that are received in new resalable condition and accompanied with a Return Authorization Number to the original purchaser. Fore Innovations will not be responsible for any items sent to us without a Return Authorization Number.
