1200 rwhp capable return fuel system with simple and effective hose routing. The feed line run the fuel rails in series and terminates with our stainless/ceramic valve F2i fuel pressure regulator.

This is a stand alone fuel system. Professional installation and a custom tune is required. Qualified installers and tuners must be able to interface to the OE harness and FPDM, understand proper component placement, hose routing, and deliver the vehicle with factory-like pump prime/on/off logic with no error codes. Fore Innovations will supply basic system schematics and detailed component level instructions, and can provide troubleshooting of the performance and function of our system and components, but we will not assist with tuning and/or interfacing to the OE harness, ECU, or FPDM(s).

This fuel system generates substantially more heat and capacity than the original fuel system. The high powered fuel pumps make much more heat than the factory pump and the composite fuel tank construction acts as an insulator and stores heat. Additionally, the shape of the factory fuel tank limits the pickup capacity of this fuel system. The user (driver) must keep more fuel (than normal) in the tank at all times to minimize heat damage and ensure adequate fuel pickup

Electrical Upgrade

None: base module configuration, 6" [150mm] of pump power wire protrude from top of hermetic seal

FC2 Controller with 6 gauge wiring:

- Operates both pumps simultaneously, using factory control

- Best for controlling two small fuel pumps for street duty, or two large fuel pumps for track use only (due to fuel heat)

- May be used for control of secondary pumps with triple module IF [a small] primary pump can be run by OEM harness

- Includes 14' [4.2m] of 6 AWG power wire and 100 amp fuse

- Includes 3' [.9m] of 6 AWG ground wire with ring terminal

- Includes 7' [2.1m] 12 AWG pump leads and sealed Delphi connector at pump module

FC3 Staged Controller with 4 gauge wiring:

- Operates secondary pump(s) independently from primary pump using factory control in conjunction with a secondary trigger source.

- Best for controlling two or three large fuel pumps for street duty and minimizing heat

- Includes 14' [4.2m] of 4 AWG power wire and 100 amp fuse

- Includes 3' [.9m] of 4 AWG ground wire with ring terminal

- Includes 7' [2.1m] 12 AWG pump leads and sealed Delphi connector at pump module

Fuel Filter Upgrades

Upgrade to 128mm Filter

- Upgrade from standard 88mm filter to 128mm filter length for more filtration capacity and more time between service intervals.

Billet Mounting Bracket

- Use it to mount filter under car body, show quality installation to secure mounting of filter assembly for ease of maintenance

Filter Monitoring Gauge and Fitting

- Use to monitor fuel pressure before filter to inspect filter health. A higher pressure before filter indicates loss across the filter. If ignored, substantial filter obstruction will lead to reduced pump performance, shortened pump life, and higher fuel heat. Fitting is includes to allow precise orientation of pressure gauge.
