Fore Innovations Dual Fuel Pump Module (51-800) - 2006-2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 WK1
The Fore Innovations Dual Fuel Pump Module is designed for high-performance return-style fuel systems in the 2006-2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 WK1. Supporting 1,200+ RWHP with multiple available fuel pump options, this dual pump module provides excellent vehicle integration without requiring permanent modifications.
The module features O-ring feed and return ports, individual 12 AWG stranded copper power wires for each pump, an anodized black finish for maximum corrosion resistance, and a polymer pump support designed to minimize pump noise and eliminate electrolysis. It is also compatible with dissimilar pump combinations to help minimize fuel heat while retaining maximum performance.

Fuel System Requirements
This module must be used with upgraded aftermarket fuel lines. An external fuel pressure regulator and 10-micron fuel filter are also required. For applications that need these additional components, a complete Fore Innovations fuel system should be used.
E85 Compatibility
The module itself is compatible with E85 when equipped with E85-compatible fuel pumps. Fore specifies the AEM 50-1200 and TI Automotive F90000267 as the E85-compatible pump options for this module. Always follow the fuel pump manufacturer's recommendations regarding fuel compatibility.
Fuel Pickup and Tank Level
The Fore Innovations fuel pump module does not use a basket surrounding the pumps because the basket can become a restriction at lower fuel levels. Basket size is limited by the fuel tank access opening and tank depth, which can be insufficient for vehicles capable of consuming large amounts of fuel for more than 10-12 seconds.
Due to the limitations of the Grand Cherokee's large single-sump fuel tank, Fore recommends treating 1/4 tank as empty when using this module.
Fuel Smell and Pump Noise
Fore uses a hermetic wire seal that seals both the inside and outside of each individual wire at the pass-through. When used with high-quality fuel hose, this design helps prevent fuel smells while the vehicle is sitting or running.
The module can be audible when equipped with larger pumps in a vehicle with a quiet exhaust, but it is substantially quieter than an external fuel pump. For customers sensitive to pump noise, Fore recommends a dissimilar pump setup using the smallest suitable pump as the primary. Contact us for assistance with fuel pump selection.

- None: Base module configuration with approximately 6"""" of fuel pump power wire extending from the hermetic seal.
- FC2 Controller with 6-Gauge Wiring: Operates both pumps simultaneously using factory control. Best for two smaller street-duty pumps or two large pumps in track applications where increased fuel heat is less of a concern. Can control secondary pumps on a triple-pump module when a small primary pump is powered by the OEM harness. Includes 14' of 6 AWG power wire, 100-amp fuse, 3' ground wire, 7' 12 AWG pump leads, and sealed Delphi connector.
- FC3 Staged Controller with 4-Gauge Wiring: Independently controls the secondary pump(s) from the primary pump using factory control plus a secondary trigger. Recommended for two or three large pumps in street applications to help minimize fuel heat. Includes 14' of 4 AWG power wire, 100-amp fuse, 3' ground wire, 7' 12 AWG pump leads, and sealed Delphi connector.
- Delphi Connector / Pigtail Only: Includes a sealed Delphi connector and 7' of 12 AWG pump leads. Installer is responsible for supplying and properly configuring the required fuses and relays.
Additional System Options
- Honeywell Pressure Switch for FC3: 1/8"""" NPT male pressure switch designed for installation in the intake manifold. Must receive both boost and vacuum signals.

We cannot accept returns on injectors or pumps that have been in contact with fuel.

Additionally, Fore Innovations is not responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages or costs incurred due to the installation, use, or misuse of our products.
We will gladly refund any parts that are received in new resalable condition and accompanied with a Return Authorization Number to the original purchaser. Fore Innovations will not be responsible for any items sent to us without a Return Authorization Number.
