The CVF Titan V2 Intercooler in Black delivers a major cooling upgrade for 2015-2025 F-150 EcoBoost models, as well as 2018-2025 Expedition and Lincoln Navigator SUVs. Building on the proven performance of the original Titan, the V2 version features a larger core, improved airflow, and an updated end-tank design for even better real-world temperature control.
With a core that offers more than 82% additional volume compared to the factory intercooler (21" x 9.43" x 5.32"), the Titan V2 has demonstrated 40°+ reductions in Charge Air Temperature (CAT) during real-world driving. The cold-side end tank now includes an integrated condensation drain and eliminates the coupler connection found on the previous Titan, simplifying installation and maintenance.
high-flow cast end tanks - embossed with the CVF logo - provide smoother airflow than welded aluminum alternatives, while the TIG-welded bar-and-plate core ensures long-term durability. Installation is fully bolt-on, requiring only the removal of the active grille shutters (AGS).

Construction
Crafted from high-grade aluminum, the Titan V2 uses a proprietary TIG-welded bar-and-plate core for maximum durability. Fully cast end tanks ensure smooth airflow into and out of the intercooler, helping the turbo operate more efficiently.
Application & Installation
The active grille shutters must be removed for installation. No check engine light is triggered by AGS removal, and they can be reinstalled if the intercooler is ever removed.
