The CVF Atlas V2 Intercooler is a high-efficiency cooling upgrade for 2013-2014 Ford F-150 3.5L EcoBoost models and 2015-2017 Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator SUVs. This updated V2 version introduces several refinements, including a built-in condensation drain and direct compatibility with the OEM BOV canister on 2013-2014 F-150 models - eliminating the need for a VTA adapter.
With a core measuring 19.75" x 17" x 4", the Atlas V2 delivers more than 120% additional volume compared to the factory intercooler. Independent real-world testing has shown Intake Air Temperatures (IAT2) dropping to around 75°F, while the stock intercooler climbed to 105°F under similar conditions. Lower, more stable charge temps translate directly into more consistent power on the street.
Computer?modeled, CVF-branded cast end tanks provide smoother airflow than welded aluminum alternatives, and the TIG-welded bar-and-plate core ensures long-term durability. Installation is fully bolt-on with no vehicle modifications required.
