The CVF Atlas V2 Intercooler delivers a major cooling upgrade for 2011-2014 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost trucks and 2015-2017 Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator models. This updated version introduces several refinements, including a built-in condensation drain and improved compatibility with the OEM BOV canister on 2013-2014 F-150 models - no VTA adapter required.
With a core volume measuring 19.75" x 17" x 4", the Atlas V2 offers more than 120% greater internal volume than the factory intercooler. Independent street testing has shown Intake Air Temperatures (IAT2) dropping to around 75°F, compared to the OEM intercooler’s 105°F under similar conditions. Cooler, more stable charge temps translate directly into more consistent power.
high-flow cast end tanks - computer?modeled and CVF-branded - provide smoother airflow than welded aluminum alternatives, while the TIG-welded bar-and-plate core ensures long-term durability. Installation is fully bolt-on with no vehicle modifications required.

Construction
Built from high-quality aluminum, the Atlas V2 uses a TIG-welded bar-and-plate core for maximum strength and heat dissipation. Fully cast end tanks ensure smooth airflow into and out of the intercooler, helping the turbo operate more efficiently.
