The CVF Dual-Filter Cold Air Intake with Heat Shield is designed to deliver stronger airflow and improved throttle response for 2021-2024 Ford F-150 3.5L EcoBoost, Raptor, and 2022-2024 Ford Expedition models. This system uses a dual aluminum intake tube layout paired with an integrated H-pipe to balance pressure and increase airflow velocity, resulting in up to 35% more flow than the factory intake.
Two oversized 8-inch, 8-layer CVF dry filters provide 360-degree filtration and are fully washable and reusable. The intake is supported by a heavy-duty 16-gauge heat shield, which can be upgraded with an optional cover for added protection. The lower half of the factory airbox remains intact, making installation simple and requiring no additional assembly.

Construction
