The CVF Titan High Mount Intercooler builds on the proven performance of the original Titan and Titan V2 units, utilizing the same proprietary core technology that has demonstrated 40+ degree reductions in Charge Air Temperatures (CAT) during real-world testing. This high-mount version offers the same cooling gains while relocating the intercooler higher in the grille - ideal for trucks running winches or certain aftermarket bumpers.
With over 70% more core volume than the factory intercooler, the Titan High Mount delivers significantly improved heat dissipation and airflow. It includes upgraded aluminum cold-side piping, a hot-side relocation kit, and expanded 3" inlet and outlet ports for maximum efficiency. High-flow cast end tanks featuring the CVF logo ensure smoother airflow compared to welded alternatives, while the TIG-welded bar-and-plate construction provides exceptional durability.

Construction
The Titan High Mount Intercooler is built from premium aluminum and paired with upgraded aluminum piping for optimal airflow. Fully cast end tanks ensure smooth, unrestricted flow into and out of the intercooler, while the TIG-welded bar-and-plate core provides long-term reliability under demanding conditions.
Installation
Installation requires removal of the Active Grille Shutters (AGS). No check engine light is triggered by AGS removal, and the shutters can be reinstalled if the intercooler is ever removed. Designed as a bolt-on upgrade for compatible F-150, Expedition, and Navigator models.
