The CVF Aluminum Intercooler Hot-Side + Cold-Side Piping Kit delivers a major airflow upgrade for 2017-2020 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost and Raptor models, as well as 2018-2021 Ford Expedition and 2018-2023 Lincoln Navigator SUVs. This complete piping package replaces both the restrictive factory hot-side and cold-side tubes with mandrel-bent aluminum for smoother, more efficient airflow.
The cold-side pipe flows 17% better than stock and includes a built-in 1/8" NPT bung for methanol injection setups. The hot-side pipe improves airflow by 13% and uses lightweight 2.5" aluminum tubing. Both pipes feature a durable wrinkle-black finish and offer improved thermal performance at roughly one-third the weight of stainless steel alternatives.
Each kit includes heavy-duty T-bolt clamps and ultra-strong 4-ply silicone couplers to ensure a secure, leak-free installation. Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, this kit works with both OEM and aftermarket intercoolers.

Construction
