The CVF Hot-Side Aluminum Intercooler Piping is designed to increase airflow and improve intercooler efficiency on 2017-2020 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost and Raptor models, along with 2018-2021 Ford Expedition and 2018-2023 Lincoln Navigator SUVs. This upgraded hot-side pipe flows 13% better than the restrictive factory tubing, helping the turbos operate more efficiently.
Constructed from lightweight 2.5" mandrel-bent aluminum, the pipe features a durable wrinkle-black finish and offers improved thermal performance at roughly one-third the weight of stainless steel alternatives. The kit includes heavy-duty T-bolt clamps and ultra-strong 4-ply silicone couplers for a secure, leak-free installation.
Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, this piping works with both stock and aftermarket intercoolers and installs easily with basic hand tools.
