The CVF Aluminum Intercooler Hot-Side + Cold-Side Piping Kit is a complete charge-pipe upgrade for 2011-2014 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost trucks and 2015-2017 Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator models. This system replaces both the restrictive factory cold-side tube and the weak rubber hot-side pipe with mandrel-bent aluminum for smoother, more efficient airflow.
The cold-side pipe features a 3.5" to 3" tapered design and serves as a direct replacement for Ford OEM part BL3Z-6F073-A. The hot-side pipe uses a 2.5" mandrel-bent aluminum layout for improved flow and better thermal performance. Both pipes are finished in wrinkle black for a clean, OEM-plus appearance and weigh significantly less than stainless steel alternatives.
Each kit includes heavy-duty t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant 4-ply silicone couplers to ensure a secure, leak-free seal under boost. Designed to work with both stock and aftermarket intercoolers (OEM fitment style), installation is straightforward and requires no cutting or permanent modifications.
